unemployment is currently 14 percent and as a result most of the towns inhabitants are retired or commuting to other locations.There is a Saturday market on the court house square, a art museum,historical museum, a small public college,beautiful beaches nearby,tennis, golf,
horseback riding. People from the area are friendly, helpful. most highly educated.The different cultures and races get along very well.
