A movement that aims to stop this culture of Instagram perfection and show what’s real. Real bodies aren’t perfect, they have cellulite and stretch marks and moles and rolls, and these people aim to show that.

Despite the word “body” being in the name of the movement, it’s actually a focus on mental health and how you shouldn’t sacrifice your mental health in the name of having a “perfect” body

Slang for "body positivity" usually used in captions to indicate that the post is promoting self-love . Can be used for motivational texts/pictures about body image or just a photo of someone showing their body in a positive way so that people with the same body type can relate and know they're not alone.

It started as way of accepting people who are disabled and/or cant controll a part of there body, but has been taken over by a bunch of tik tok fattys as a "movement" to justify obesity. Usually women over 200kg
