In Washington everybody can swap a pint of his own blood for a pint of beer.

In any washington bar:

-i'm a blood donor.so, a pint of blood beer, please.

A glass (or pitcher) of beer topped off with tomato juice. Sometimes called a "big red". Popular in Nebraska.
