When you get so high every blink feels like snapping out of a dream. Possible loss of feeling in body or limbs and mentally blending with the environment

"Yo last night at the club I was blinkin out. Tony got me out just in time, haha I had no idea what was going on. Was it laced?"

This happens when you pants get too short, either though too many times in the dryer or poor quality. A tribute to a favorite character from my youth, Blinky the clown and his trademark short pants.

My new jeans were perfect when I bought them, but now they are totally blinkin out. I can only wear them around the house.
