Term used by cyclists as a greeting.

As my friend, whom I had not seen in a couple weeks, passed me in the opposite direction, he shouted "Bikes are for jerks."

Bike jerks- people who ride bikes with in groups, that all wear the same close

Dad: *driving down street*
Kid: hey dad look at those people!
Dad:oh the bike jerks
