a nickname for a girl named anu, or just a girl in general that's "quirky". this word is the epitome of "not like other girls", but in reality she is ACTUALLY not like other girls. it is a name or adjective generally used for a girl who is particularly odd and strange. characteristic include: eccentric but lovable, weird behaviors, and stalker-ish practices.
