Yuck Chuck 

To violently vomit up all your stomach contents in an inconvenient manner.

"Hey man, pull over I'm gonna yuck chuck!"

"Yuck chuck? The hell is that? I'm not pulling over."

"Dude- Oh..OHH. Too la- *Rolls down window and proceeds to yuck chuck all across the side of the car*"

Yuck-and-chuck 

The process of going through one's refrigerator and throwing out expired or gross food items. In other words, any item that makes you say "yuck" when you open it gets chucked in the garbage.

I better go yuck-and-chuck the fridge; I think the mayonnaise has become sentient.

The act of laughing and vomiting concurrently. Usually refers to vomiting caused by excessive laughter.

I walked in on the both of them, him on his back, leg in a cast, and she's on top of him giving him a Cleveland Steamroller!

I laughed so hard I yuckchucked!
