'Yordan the boy' is a bulgarian street term used to describe a person (often a pathological liar) who undermines his own negative behaviour to seem more innocent. In most cases this phrase is accompanied by ironic jokes or different forms of criticism about finacial greed.

He said and did all those bad and stupid things, but he's just Yordan the boy. He doesn't know any better.
