Used to express emotion towards something or something.

Sharkisha: "Daquan want to come with me to Vegas tomorrow at the crack of dawn? First to the casinos!"
Daquan: (screaming)"Wooshabee!

Sharkisha: Wait nvm... whos Bashonda...?
Daquan: (Looks away and is embarrassed) (whispers) Wooshabee...
Sharkisha: Daquan! We done! I'm outtie. Have fun with Bashanda.... Like who even names their kid that...
Daquan: (Confidently says) "Lol Sharkie.... see you on he flip side.. wooshabee"
