An effeminate or homosexual male, esp one who is underhanded or dishonest. Etymology comes from "Woke" + "sneaky" + "sissy" (or "pussy" in Chicago/Midwest). Pronounced ONE - EX - EE.
My girlfriend went out for drinks with her office. She invited me along, but I can't stand that woneksi boss of hers.
