from the book and movie "Death of a salesman". it is a rare condition of the brain which affects speech and muscle movements...such as shouting randomly at people and nobody sometimes and then forgetting what you were on about. also it can lead to keeping strict accounts and saying "im keeping strict accounts charlie" over and over again to someone not called charlie. side affects may include throttling of random people for no reason.
