Wicked Retarded 

1. Commonly coming from somebody who lives in Boston, this is the stupidest possible way to call something retarded or "not cool." Put simply it's a way to call something really dumb.

2. A phrase that connotes, "Hi. I'm from Southy and I'm a piece of shit. Please beat my ass."

Alternate(And in this case the proper) Spelling: Wicked Retahded.

2. Used negatively in response to the rest of the world's obsession/hatred of the Boston area accent.
3. Used to descride how your face looks after I fight you for critisizing my accent despite being unprovoked.

An absolutely foolproof way to keep minors from viewing content deemed "too mature" for them to watch.

The Crud that collects under the keys in a keyboard. Usually more severe in the keyboards of programmers and webmasters as they tend to spend a lot of time at the the computer and thus eat at their desk. Mainly affecting IBM Model M (clicly) style boards.
