Whoreally is to replace the word totally when used in a sentence containing other sex related words.

It can also be used to point out some behaves in a certain way.

Can be used as an adjective or adverb.

Can be added at the end of sentence just to add a little more pizzazz.

As in "She is whoreally a major ho"

"She dresses whoreally, too much fishnet and laytex."

"That guy whoreally likes his porn"
