Weed cough 

The cough of a stoner who is obviously fond of smoking weed. Relatively normal during pot sessions, the cough seems to be peculiar among common people (and the rest of the people who are aware of weed smoking) who hear it on a regular basis while finding it as distinct to normal coughing, hence the existence of this word.

Man: This dirty ass smoker has some nasty weed cough that you can hear during the entire cat video. Disgusting shit.

Weed Cough 

When bitches be coughing after that bong rip; The dry sand feeling in your throat when you can't breathe but take another hit cuz it would be okay to die from a cough so gnarly.
