They are mostly used by shallow, entitled, sjw-acting and emotionally-stunted people who do nothing useful in their life, have terrible mood swings, joining cancerous fandoms, are desperately seeking online attention, and people who brag about their sexuality and identity sh*t when the nobody cares about them in the first place.

The cough of a stoner who is obviously fond of smoking weed. Relatively normal during pot sessions, the cough seems to be peculiar among common people (and the rest of the people who are aware of weed smoking) who hear it on a regular basis while finding it as distinct to normal coughing, hence the existence of this word.
Man: This dirty ass smoker has some nasty weed cough that you can hear during the entire cat video. Disgusting shit.
