1. Encompassing all things related to and/or having to do with the Internet; 2. All sites, terminology, slang, pictures, graphics, hardware, and/or software known and unknown by users of the Internet; 3. While the term "Internet" more closely implies websites available to users, and the infrastructure upon which data transfers, the term webiverse comprises all tangible and intangible data, ideas, and terms accessible and employed by users of the Internet.

It's a Luganda slung meaning to act real or think positive. It was introduced to Uganda during the presidential campaign mostly used by Hon. Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu.
