They are a group of people also known as the 12th Star ---WANNA ONE's 12 Star, the people who will still choose to stay without guarantee and will wait for the spring breeze to finally pass by.

Adjective. Used to describe persons who have adjusted or altered their lifestyle for environmental reasons.
