When a dude hates on another dude's game he is referred to as a Cock Blocker who is "Cock-Blocking".

Females by definition can not be cock blocked.

So what is it called when someone hates on a female's game?

It is called "Vuh-Jay-Jay Blocking"!

I was trying to get at this fly dude, but my girl was straight up Vuh-Jay-Jay Blocking!
