Vassbinder

A person who leaves comments on internet sites or message boards without punctuation, formatting, or paragraph breaks.

This is a reference to the Star Trek TNG episode "Timescape," in which Captain Picard makes reference to a "Doctor Vassbinder" that gave a dissertation: "He just kept talking in one long incredibly unbroken sentence moving from topic to topic so that no-one had a chance to interrupt; it was really quite hypnotic."
That post was completely unreadable, whoever wrote it's a total Vassbinder.
