Uterati 

(n.) A universal term referring to the wide variety of individuals born with uterine organs; the term often used to denote the surprising, surreptitious nature of the knowledge and lived experiences associated with membership therein.

History: In the 21st century, an intense debate over how one might categorize and label the bimodal gender spectrum within the constructs of human social sciences was underway. In some cases, the possession of a uterus was used as a equalizing/qualifying factor as to what makes "a woman a woman," leading to an increasing number of social conservatives using this feature to devalue many individuals, such as: AFAB (assigned female at birth), those both without uterus but with female presentation, those who have had to undergo hysterectomy, and much more. Coined by the founder of SPADE, a support group for young hysterectomy and surgical menopause patients, the definition includes any individual assumed to or does have some variation of uterine reproductive organ. Essentially, any individual subjected to social expectation and assumptions attached to the belief that woman=female=uterus=hormonal baby maker, etc.
Obviously a tongue in cheek homage to the Illuminati, implying by association that the Uterati possess special knowledge and secrets from being the curtain.

Did you know that guy Paul, he's a member of the Uterati? He told us about his first period and it blew my damn mind!

The Uterati has had to spend decades gathering our own information about the world and how to take care of ourselves, because they didn't listen to us for so long! It's frustrating, because now they are "discovering" what we were trying to tell them 20 years ago about how our bodies work.
