messed up, un organised, cant think straight, toppled over.

The kids came into my office and upskittled my desk. meaning the kids came into my office and messed up or disorganised my desk.

We had plans to meet at Rory's for lunch until pat came along and upskittled everything.

In other words pat came along and put kibosh or upset or plans.
