Adhering or maintaining a state of friction so as to not allow something to be moved along a horizontal plane.

Originally coined as a term describing a low profile car ramp sold by Race Ramps.
Bob tries to push a heavy box, and it won't move, so he says, "That box is unscootable!"

Elaine thought jun misspelt the word “uncomfortable” but little does she know, uncortable is the shortcut version and means exactly the same thing; only if written on paper in a hospital bathroom door.
