Two Splash

When you are walking down the street. typically with friends and you see someone with an acne break out. you then exclaim "Damn! check out that Two Splash!" meaning that the individual you are picking on needed two splashes of acne cleanser that morning

Friend- Hey Bryan, check out this Two Splash bitch walking down the hall.
Other Friend- Yea nigga! That bitch was a brown bag anyways!
