Tittlerism

Tittlerism is a word used to describe a person who verbally attacks another person or a group of people because of their race but denies that they are a racist. They make generalizations and stereotype but think that it is okay because in this persons mind, everybody else agrees with them.
People with tittlerism have personality disorders. They are narcissistic and hypocritical, a true sociopath.

The term "tittlerism" originated on twitter
"People who belong to that culture are bullies and they're inbred, all of them. They never invented anything but lies in over 400 years, but I'm not a racist, I'm only saying what other people are afraid to say." #Tittlerism

city chicken

A food native to Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania in which cubes of pork and/or veal are put on a short, wooden skewer, breaded, then baked and/or fried.

I've heard that city chicken originated during the Great Depression, when folks didn't have enough money to buy full cuts of meat, so they assembled meat scraps on a wooden skewer, creating a make-shift drumstick. Hence the name.
