The act of text messaging a single individual via Twitter, instead of sending them a direct text message. This causes all of the other followers much distaste and aggravation as it constantly sends updates to their phone with personal messages that they do not need to know about.

Will you people stop twexting each other already? If you're going to have a 30 min conversation just text each other! My phone won't stop buzzing and I'm trying to sleep!
