A person who consistently tweets or re-tweets inaccurate information. A person who only uses tweets to communicate and who cannot write in a full sentence. A person who uses Twitter to bully other people.

Trump is a tweet-iot; he constantly tweets inaccurate information to bully people who cross him.

Tweetiot: (Twitter idiot) Someone who tweets idiotic nonsense while thinking themselves to be a genius.

"Did you see what the Tweetiot in Chief just posted on Twitter?"
