Trypophilism 

Sartre said that the world is a kingdom of holes, that being itself is complete & consciousness creates a hole in being. Existence is, in essence, a tryposcape. Trypophilism is the philosophy/religion/school of art inspired by this premise.

Trypophilia is a strong, unjustified and often sexual, attraction to the sight of holes, irregular patterns or clusters of small holes or bumps.

Did you check out Jack Oat's latest book? That guy defined trypophilia. He went from A*holes to eYeHoles.
