when going through times of hardship, pain, and inconvenience (mental, physical, emotional, psychological, fumbling a bad bitch, depression, being a loser, male loneliness, etc.) to push through these road blocks and “thug it out”. Because at the end of the day the only person u truly got is urself, these inconveniences aren’t forever, keep ur head up king.

Adjective. Used to describe persons who have adjusted or altered their lifestyle for environmental reasons. Crunchy persons tend to be politically strongly left-leaning and may be additionally but not exclusively categorized as vegetarians, vegans, eco-tarians, conservationists, environmentalists, neo-hippies, tree huggers, nature enthusiasts, etc.
