A phrase used to describe evil people. These people are usually Italians, Scottish, or Brown Rice’s. They are crazy maniacs who like to pick on innocent people (especially french fries) For some reason they are extremely violent towards those named ‘Charlotte’ NEVER approach a Infamous Three, they’re all insane and kill people in their free time. They also have a rare psychological condition where they think killing people is okay, keep your french fries safe when around them!! They’re evil and crazy!
