phil is an over all amazing person. tall, usually around 6'2, with dark, longer hair. absolutely adorable with a great sense of humour. he travels a lot with his best friend who usually goes by the name dan, and loves to meet new people.

A phil is a simple being. Tends to think he is not gay, but goes around telling everyone he is a flaming homosexual. That is just a phil's way of coming out of the closet. Can also be used to explain how gay something/someone is.

a "phil" is a Doritos' tortilla chip, circa 1988 in Southern California, that came about due to some guy named phil getting a part for a commercial advertising campaign for Doritos. His hair was stuck straight up in the commercial, you might remember him.
