that's boss
Used as a way of saying something or someone is stupid, ridiculous, and gay. A form of replacing the word that's gay. When someone says "that's boss" they are referring to something or someone that they do not like
Paul: hey bernard!
Bernard: hey paul
Paul: whatchu doing?
Bernard: doing some Chemistry homework.
Paul: oh, that's boss dude.
Bernard: yea I know, it's so boss.

The boss makes a dollar while I make a dime, that's why I poop on company time
When you go to poop during a shift instead of on your break, so you are essentially being paid to poop instead of doing your job. An act of rebelling against the corporate assholes who make 100x what you do, but still pay you pennies.
Manager "Where are you going?"
