When someone inadvertantly cuts you off and then stops forward movement causing you to almost run into them. It can also mean someone selfishly getting in your way for there own benefit.
Adam: why are you mad?
Greg: i was picking my order when Chuck just cut me off and then stopped. i almost ran into that motherfucker!
