Tatreez

Tatreez is a form of Palestinian embroidery, the traditional style of embroidery, tatreez also meaning that in Arabic. That has been practiced from the 19th century through generations of women in Palestine.

Aliyae: I like your abaya where did you get it from
Maryam: I made it myself, embroidering it with tatreez!

Aliyae: nice! You should teach me some time.
