Pronounced "Tar-da-Loop-eh", rhymes with Guadalupe.

A developmentally disabled person of Mexican Decent. Most commonly found on the dance floors of All-Inclusive resorts performing karaoke.

The lead singer of the Mariachi band was named Tardalupe and he loved wearing the skinny pant.
