A politician who talks as if he’s a narco who has been taking medication. Proposes morally bankrupt, opportunistic legislation that increases crime, destroys the budget and promotes deviant morality in schools in order to curry favour with delusional people who think they are “saving” their country. From “talk” + “narco” + “medication”; no relation to any political party.
