Rock Star Parking is also called 'TV parking' for the private-eyes and other TV characters who always manage to get a parking spot right at the front door of every restaurant, mall, business, apartment or other address they are seeking.

Rockford always manages to get TV parking, so why can't I?

A parking spot you don’t have to look for, much like on TV and in movie were you never see anyone waste time looking for a spot there just always happened to be one right as they pull in.
