Symbolic Syndicalism

When one pretends to care about labour laws and workers' rights but does not know what needs to be done to actually achieve the actual dictatorship of the proletariat, a pathway to the creation of a society where the working class isn't oppressed.
Example, a private organization where bourgeoisie bosses are stealing their worker's labour claims that they are employee friendly because they follow the 40 hour work week guideline. That is an organization's symbolic syndicalism.
