The sweet potato queens are a bunch of women who are in their middle age years. The purpose of the organization is to help women who have gone through difficult times and wanna have some crazy fun, or, just women who wanna have crazy fun. The idea is that any man or woman deserves to be the king or queen of SOMETHING, and thus, this was born. They march in a parade in Jackson, Mississippi, on Saint Patty's day. Think the red hat society, but more fun, and with more drinking. The head Queen, Jill Connor Brown, has written a series of books. Read them if you get the chance.
The native language of the Sweet Potato Queens is "Y'all-bonics"
