Sweaty ball syndrome

Sweaty ball syndrome or SBS is what happens when you get done with a workout and your balls are just dripping sweat, it also happens when you play sports or sleep.

Me: Dude! After that workout I have some severe Sweaty ball syndrome!
Friend: You mean SBS?

Hey babe, after sleeping last night I have some major SBS.
