Sviðakjammi

Icelandic food. A head of a lamb. Icelanders love it, most of them.

Back in the old times when lamb was nearly the only thing Icelanders could eat, they used every part of the lamb so nothing would go to waste.

Svið = a lamb's head.
Kjammi = A jaw.
Even the tongue is eaten.
