Stretchpectation 

The concept of having a set of expectations that are not required but if met, add positive weight to a person’s actions/answers. If not met, no negative weight is incurred.

Expectation: I expect the candidate to share something they learned that demonstrates their excitement about discovering new things. A stretchpectation is if the candidate includes how they shared this information with people without prompting from the interviewer.
