Its a danish way of saying, cunt, moron and so on. Dont get confused of the similar word Stodder. There is a slight diffrent tone to stodders than stodder. Either way, its a insulting word with a background.

When a conversation is in action and one wants to contribute to the discussion, but is left stammering when another individual speaks before them.

Everyone does stoddering, it is a normal part of human conversation.
