Stanwood 

A small town in Western Washington, known for it's unusually strong Ultimate Frisbee pickup community. While Ultimate was not invented in Stanwood, Stanwood is nevertheless considered to be something of a mecca for the sport and many passionate players travel great distances to play there.

There's Ultimate Frisbee, and then there's Stanwood Ultimate frisbee.

Stanwood

While Ultimate Frisbee was not originally developed in Stanwood, Stanwood has nevertheless come to be known as something of a mecca for the sport, with many passionate players traveling great distances to play there.

There's Ultimate Frisbee, and then there's Stanwood Ultimate Frisbee.

Stanwood really punches above their weight when it comes to Ultimate Frisbee.

Stanwood High School

A public high school in stanwood, washington. 1,800 students, and the colors are red black and gray.

Stanwood high school is mostly built up of preps, and scene kids. The town being a redneck town, the preps have hick tendencies as well. The upperclassman cant stand the freshman, either.
Lots of weed influence.

Freshman: "Dude todays my first day of stanwood high school!111!!1!11"

Sophmore: "Im better then you because I'm older. Bam."

starwood 

1 A hedonistic community of campers who have gathered annually for the past 26 years.
2 A religious/music festival attended by pagans in late July. Held at the Brushwood Center in Sharmen NY
3 The internal feeling of home and purpose felt by the attendees of the Starwood Festival. Also the longing felt 51 weeks of the year in anticipation of the next Starwood.

1 Come to starwood its a great place to tune in and get the creative vibes flowing.
2 Great bands play at Starwood every year and the people who go there really know how to party all night long.
3 Ending a week of camping with my starwood family is a sad parting. But the memories keep me grounded till we gather again.
