Surprising someone by wiggling your finger up one's anus (without them knowing), while yelling "SQUIGLY FISH!". Clothes may or may not be worn during this.

verb. The act of inserting a finger into a clothed buttcrack and either wiggling it around or sliding it upward while wiggling it.

noun. A name for the act itself.
