Sparta fingers

A phrase that can be really annoying to someone and enormously funny to the person saying it. It really has no true definition.

"The lady at the drive-thru was pretty funny."

"Really? Why is that?"

"'Cause she had Sparta fingers."

"I'M GONNA KILL YOU!"
