Social Contract Disorder 

A person who is a lying manipulative, conniving individual who will use other people and has no compassion or decency for the people around them or for the social they belong to. It's antisocial personality disorder but with a more accurate name.

Person 1: Justin Manipulated me!
Person 2: Justin Stolen my cash!
Person 1: I think he has Social Contract Disorder!
