Social Baby 

A phenomenon in which two or more people combine their attitudes toward engagement with others to create a unique space for communication and external meta-cognition, which is systematically fed to different groups in order to affect change on a grand, hierarchical scale.

(n) The person who "babysits" their friends or colleagues in a group context. The social babysitter moderates awkward or antisocial behavior and tries to close long spans of silence with humor, engaging comments, and enthusiasm. Social babysitting can be tiring or a source of stress.
As the social babysitter, it frustrates me to decide where to eat with my friends for dinner. None of them have any opinion on where to eat and just say "I don't know.:"
