Smedders
A smedders is a snack medley, often referred to as a smedely. Commonly, a combination of nuts, crisps, cheddars, scratchings, and other salted snacks available in a British pub. Debate rages as to whether individual components of a smedders can be mixed together in a separate receptacle.
"Barry, can you run to the pub and get the smedders in, the boys are starving. But for goodness sake, do not mix the smedders until Joe arrives"
