Slut wear consists of several or all of the following: high heels (at least 4.5 inches); black, red or fishnet stockings; tight miniskirt (often with centre zip) in PVC, leather, metallic or stretch material; micro thong; velvet or rhinestone choker labelled 'slut', 'fuck me' or similar; clitoral or vaginal jewellery; red or black balconnette bra or bustier with matching suspender/garter belt; glossy lipstick or lip gloss; dark eyeshadow; false eyelashes; painted fingernails often with extensions.

This is basiacally all those skimpy clothes that the hoochies at school wear. Short skirts or cut off shorts with half the ass showing. Not in a negative way... I love slut-wear.

2.) Used to insult someone especially a female.
