Sloppy James 

A sex act in which a particularly hairy man (usually named James) pours cooking oil on the floor of a truck stop mens room and proceeds to slide back and forth between two opposing glory holes offering up ass and mouth thus allowing him to service two men simultaneously. A more experienced worker can sometimes execute a move called the "Royal Rotation" where they spin 180 degrees between slides so each man gets a shot at both holes.

I walked into the Stuckeys on I40 and saw a line of truckers waiting for a "Sloppy James".
